In August 1997, he joined Ingram Micro as a Senior Vice-President Asia-Pacific. In June 1999, he was appointed as Executive Vice-President and President of Ingram Micro Europe. He was promoted to President of the Ingram Micro Inc. Group in 2004, before assuming the role of CEO of Ingram Micro Inc. from 2005 to 2012. Gregory Spierkel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Carleton University (Ottawa) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
